Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Since every product is made-to-order, slight delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or unexpected circumstances.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–9 business days across India.

• Metro cities and tier-1 locations typically receive deliveries faster (2–5 days).

• Remote or rural areas may take longer, depending on courier availability.

Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/SMS.

• Tracking updates may sometimes take 24 hours to reflect, depending on the courier partner.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete before placing an order.

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or missed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Orders

• If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery/expected delivery date.

• We will investigate the issue with our courier partners and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution if the claim is found valid.
