Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete before placing an order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or missed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery/expected delivery date.
